wHAT SHOULD I WEAR? DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN YOGA MAT?

Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move and stretch in. We have yoga mats and towels at each of the locations. You only need to bring yourself.

Do I need to check in / make a reservation for class, or can I just show up?

Yes, We suggest that you call to make a booking by texting us or calling the facility, and arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class. You will receive a mat and towel when you arrive and can pay at the entrance.

How do I choose which type of Yoga to try?

Our classes are catered to all levels, we have many beginners popping in and we ask our students to remember that although you may be new to Yoga, every body is different. Some people will find it more challenging and others will be quiet comfortable from the first class. So we encourage you to try a class and see how you feel after.

What if I just can't do a pose?

No problem! Everything we have started has required practice at one time or another. We always offer different variations of the poses so that everyone can benefit and each time you come to class you will learn a little bit more. Every day you do Yoga is a different experience and what may be available one day is not necessarily the other. Its important to honor your body, be open to where you are physically and mentally on the day and most importantly have fun and embrace each class as a new experience for personal growth!
