KIDS YOGA COURSE (Ages 4-8 years old)

Through creative play and adventure our mini yogis will learn simple yet effective breathing, coordination practices, as well as build focus, strength, flexibility, body awareness, team work & expression techniques for emotions.

Let’s Go Yoga Kids Yoga Instructor

Ellie is a nursery school teacher and also has a passion for Kids Yoga. As a mother of two and a educator she believes strongly in creating nourishing and peaceful environment for young children. Ellie is certified as a 95-Hour Kids Yoga Teacher Trainer and teaches ages 3 – 12 year of age. Kids Yoga classes combine Yoga with play. To maintain interest and to keep them entertained we use a method called mindful movement with the kids.  This involves them in striking poses that mimic natural things such as sea and land animals, plants, and weather.  We also encourage activity through other means such as active games, story telling, imagery, and share circles. We have children focus on the simple act of breathing, giving them awareness of how beneficial it is to pay attention to it and control their breath. Parents find the stretching and visualization games that we perform with the kids particularly beneficial.


'Ellie has a wonderful energy with the kids and a constant smile on her face. Whether she is teaching very hyper kids or calm kids she handles it with perfection. My son Qaiam really enjoyed her classes and connected with her immediately. The imaginative play that she uses to engage the kids with story telling gets them hooked. This helped as than Qaiam was learning yoga poses, breathing and meditations and didn't feel bored, he also absolutely loved the partner poses and that helped build his confidence and team work skills. Since he has often been passive around other kids this was a great preparation for Qaiam to attend kindergarden this year. He will be back.'
