I have worked and supported women in their relationships with self for over 10 years as a Yoga & Wellness professional and Conscious love advocate and out of this inner work I've decided to branch out into 1-1- coaching for women who want to find long lasting love.

The Conscious love method is a program I've created thinking about myself, and all the women who are, like me: committed to finding true love and a partner to build a life with, yet, can't seem to overcome the blockages necessary so they can connect with men at a deeper level.

Conscious Love Coaching was born from 12 years of inner work and trauma healing through the application of yoga, mindfulness, self-awareness, self-compassion, self-healing combined with trial and error when it comes to creating meaningful love through consciousness in your life.

Breaking habits, releasing baggage, dissolving fears, aligning with your authentic vibration all create a ripple affect for how you show up in your life. This in turn creates the fuel for any relationship you invite into your life and magnetizes the health and success of that romantic relationship.

 

12 - Week Conscious Love Method

3 parts of the 12-week Conscious Love Method entail:

1.     Uncover existing life long patterns and limiting beliefs and stories that have been holding you back from magnetizing greater love and acceptance in your life. Part one is an opportunity to crack open which is where the trauma healing process begins, to become aware of what you are carrying and how to release that unnecessary baggage. We awaken the journey to self-awareness, to understand weakness and strength as it applies to magnetizing a healthy romantic relationship. (4 weeks).

2.     Unravel how we respond and engage with rejection, fear, insecurities, confidence, emotional worth, boundaries and existing patterns. These are all components of what I call a “kick ass self-compassion container”. Part two we build that container, flushing out the old, reframe neural pathways in the brain, lean deeply into trust, creating emotional freedom and consistent conscious self-love. This involves developing the core muscles of self- compassion by using our mind to become aware how we speak to ourselves, and demonstrating through action how to deeply love ourselves, this in turn fuels our result - to magnetize nourishing romantic love. (4 weeks)

3.     Awaken authenticity, confidence and clear communication in your relationships. Connect with intention, strategy truth and courage. Part three we put all of the seeds of the last 8 weeks into fruition through practicing vulnerability, applying our vision and values to our choices and interactions and honing in our trust and intuition as well as discipline and consistency. (4 weeks).

 

12-week Conscious Love Method RESULT:

Here is the truth - I have taken so long to reap the benefits of my inner work because I did not have a dedicated coach to lead me and support me. If you could do this on your own you would have. This is why I say we in everything you read here, because you are not alone, you deserve support and you are capable of deep growth and unconditional love.

From experience I know that when we do the work consistently to show up for ourselves we create lasting change, we feel empowered, we gain confidence, we become secure, we feel accepted and we become excited to date with intention and strategy. We illuminate at a new frequency which in turn magnetizes a healthy nourishing romantic relationship. When we love yourself fiercely, we align with men who are a match for that fierce love and nothing less than that.
