Including Self-Love Yoga flow, Self worth Coaching session, Hearth opening Cacao Ceremony for embracing self acceptance, Breath-work, Sound Bath, Self Love Meditation.

Sasha & Neli first teamed up in 2019 to bring Yogafest to Abu Dhabi with a full day festival around yoga, healing, wellness that invited hundreds of Abu Dhabians to enjoy.

They are reconnecting to offer this overnight Retreat to invite reflection, Self Love and Healing practices to likeminded women who are in need of a RESET and RFRESH body, mind and heart!

Sasha will be offering Love Coaching Programs on site to enhance feelings of SelfLove and Neli will be offering sound healing and her signature Cacao Ceremony.

Set at the serene and peaceful Fairmont Bab Al Bar in Abu Dhabi!

Day 1
10am Arrival, check-in and Welcome drinks
11am-12:30pm Body tapping and breathing followed by Led Journal Prompt on Self Worth & Coaching with Sasha
12:30pm Lunch & Free time
5pm-7:30pm Cacao Ceremony, Breath-work, Movement & Sound bath with Neli
